James Rudolf
James oversees all marketing strategy and business operations for the Fortis Financial Group and is a member of the Investment Committee for the Glacier Peak US Value Fund.
Beginning his career in New York City, he draws on his banking, real estate and finance experiences there to offer a unique perspective on value, risk analysis and creative problem solving. In 2011, James left New York and joined Morgan Stanley's Seattle office. Prior to Fortis he was the Chief Operating Officer for Glacier Peak Capital, which merged with Fortis in 2018. He is a 2001 graduate of Middlebury College (Middlebury, VT) with a B.A. in political science.
Currently James serves on the Seattle Prep Alumni Board and the Mercer Island Center for the Arts Board. James’ free time is spent coaching his sons’ youth sports teams, playing golf and skiing. James, his wife Jessica, and their 3 sons reside on Mercer Island.
